Meet Dr. Jacqueline Cozzone, O.D.

Jacqueline Cozzone, O.D., is dedicated to serving patients of all ages in the Long Grove community. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology/pre-optometry from Augustana College before obtaining her Doctorate in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2018. Dr. Cozzone gained advanced knowledge in ocular disease, contact lenses, and pediatric optometry throughout her training, making her a well-rounded and compassionate practitioner.

She is strongly committed to providing personalized care, getting to know her patients, and tailoring treatments to meet their needs. She is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal eye health, whether seeking routine care or specialized treatment for dry eye and other conditions.

Dr. Cozzone resides in Palatine with her husband and their dog. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active by participating in group fitness classes and spending time outdoors.
